Improving your balance is one of the fastest ways to upgrade your entire system. We focus on improving the 3 main parts of your sense of balance - proprioception, vestibular system and vision. In this class, we will work heavily on foot & ankle mobility, balancing on different surfaces and drills to challenge your balance.
