Breathing + Move


We don't often think about breathing. We don't have to! In this class, we will focus on the breath -- utilizing different techniques to prepare the mind + body for movement. After our breathing session, we'll transition to functional movement. Come to class ready to have fun! You'll be sure to leave feeling motivated and clear headed.
