One of the most common thing that people perceive Fitsom to be is that we are strictly a workout centric gym, and we are here to tell you now, that is most definitely not the case! Fitsom has evolved over the years from being your typical bootcamp style Cross-fit gym to something so much more than that. We were noticing that our clients were hitting more set backs and goals due to fitness related injuries or otherwise, so we made it our mission to heal those so they can live life the way they have always envisioned
